Terms of Use — Trackili

Welcome to Trackili. By accessing or using the Trackili app and related sites (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

1) Definitions

• Trackili (“we/us”): a mobile app and service developed and operated by SEKLAB Nadjim (individual developer), using the name “Trackili”.
• You/User: anyone who accesses or uses the Service.
• Service: the Trackili app, site, content, and features (including parcel tracking, deal/price displays, affiliate links, and notifications).

2) Acceptance & eligibility

By using the Service, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the local age of consent for online services (up to 16 in some countries). If you are a minor under applicable law, you must use the Service under the supervision and consent of a legal guardian.

3) Account & registration

• You may need an account (with your email). You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, safeguarding your login, and all activity under your account.
• You can sign out at any time and delete your account permanently in-app (Settings → Delete Account) or via the web deletion page; your account content will be removed from our operational systems as described in our Privacy Policy.

4) Scope & nature of the Service

• Trackili is not a shipping carrier or online store. We display tracking information as provided by external carriers, and deal/price data from external sources (e.g., marketplaces such as AliExpress), which may not reflect the final price.
• Information can be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable. Always verify shipment status with your carrier and the final price and seller terms on the store before purchasing.

5) License & permitted use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes subject to these Terms.

You must not:

• misuse the Service, bypass technical restrictions, or interfere with security or access controls;
• reverse-engineer or decompile client or server components except where permitted by law;
• scrape or programmatically copy lists/interfaces or harvest data for unauthorized purposes;
• use the Service to violate laws, third-party rights, or platform policies.

We may apply reasonable technical limits (e.g., rate limits, abuse prevention) to protect the Service.

6) Acceptable use (anti-abuse)

You agree not to:

• submit tracking numbers you are not authorized to monitor, or use the Service for fraud, spam, or harassment;
• attempt to overload, probe, or scan our infrastructure or third-party APIs we rely on;
• circumvent regional, pricing, or anti-abuse measures implemented by carriers/merchants.

We may suspend or restrict access for suspected abuse or security risks.

7) Third parties & links (including affiliate)

• The Service may link to third-party sites/APIs (carriers/stores). When you follow those links, the third party’s terms and privacy policy apply. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
• Affiliate disclosure: we may earn a commission from affiliate links at no extra cost to you. This is not an endorsement or warranty of any product.

8) Ads

We may display affiliate banners/links. We do not integrate third-party ad SDKs (e.g., AdMob) and do not show behavioral/personalized advertising based on tracking inside the app.

9) Notifications

• You can enable/disable notifications in the app or your device settings.
• Notifications are provided on a best-effort basis and may be delayed or fail for reasons beyond our control (e.g., network, device settings, platform limits).

10) Availability & updates

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice (including for maintenance, security, or abuse prevention).

We may release updates; installing them may be required to keep using certain features.

11) Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, designs, UI, code, and content in the Service are owned by their respective owners. No license is granted by implication. Copying, modifying, republishing, or reverse-engineering is prohibited without prior written consent from the rights holder.

12) User content & feedback

If you submit content (e.g., parcel numbers you enter) or feedback, you represent that you have the rights to do so and that your submission does not infringe any third-party rights or laws.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content/feedback solely to operate, improve, and provide the Service.

13) No professional advice

Content is provided for informational purposes only. We do not provide legal, financial, or professional advice. You should rely on your own judgment and perform independent verification before any purchase decision.

14) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Trackili shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, loss of data, or damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service or reliance on any information provided through it.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law (e.g., fraud or personal injury resulting from gross negligence where applicable).

If mandatory consumer rights apply to you, nothing in this section affects those rights.

15) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Trackili and its affiliates/providers against claims or losses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or violation of rights or laws, to the extent permitted by law.

16) Privacy

Your data is handled under our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept it.

17) Termination

• You may terminate by deleting your account or ceasing use of the Service.
• We may terminate or restrict your access immediately if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully or in a way that threatens security/quality.

18) Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Algeria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws in your country. Courts in the developer’s domicile have jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

19) Language precedence

In case of inconsistency between translations, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law.

20) Severability & no waiver

If any provision is unenforceable, it is modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary; the remainder remains in effect. Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.

21) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will show the “Last updated” date at the top and may provide an in-app notice for material changes. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
